New free article from JAPA on participatory planning following disasters

Just downloaded the latest free article from the Journal of the American Planning Association by N. Emel Ganapati and Sukumar Ganapati. It's entitled "Enabling Participatory Planning After Disasters: A Case Study of the World Bank's Housing Reconstruction in Turkey."

Specifically, the "article examines what hindered public participation in a particular housing reconstruction project and suggests how planners can better enable public participation in planning after disasters" (p. 41). Download the article here.
