Here's a great article on the Idaho State University website about the Federal Virtual Worlds Competition and ISU's entry. This competition is a wonderful way of showcasing new ways virtual worlds can be used to support collaboration, skill-building, instruction and visualization of often complex subjects. Certainly the potential applicability to engagement work is something that's particularly exciting.
